The Art of War
Tzu Sun: The Art of War
I'm curious how many here have read this great military treatise. With the looming American Police State, seemingly knocking down our doors, knowledge would also seem to be one of the most vital commodities to possess. I can pretty much guarantee, that most, if not all of the "fabricators" of this "agenda" are well versed. Not the rank and file "police". They probably have little or no knowledge of this treatise, but the true instigators, most certainly. Regardless, all the material "prep" in the world won't save us, if we don't first learn ourselves, and learn our enemy. Still, if one has ears to hear, and eyes to see, it's a pretty good read. Re: The Art of War
Read it at OCS.
Voltaire's Candide is probably a better study guide for the upcoming years in the US. |

Marxist/Lennist ideologies, actual history. Programmed and actuated for the last 40 years... Think Red Dawn. But instead of the Russian "Soviets", you get the Chinese "Soviets". However..major problem... The FEW can only SUBJUGATE the MANY through IGNORANCE. China is changing. QUICKLY. America is changing. QUICKLY. FREE YOUR MIND. It ain't gonna stay a Dog and Pony show for long... When America awakens, they will rouse a Sleeping Dragon! Just as Nippon learned, the GOVERNMENT is NOT THE DRAGON! It's the PEOPLE. |
Re: The Art of War
:rolleyes_m: Yes,I've read it and the ideology is sound, but somewhat inapplicable to our current state of warfare technology.
Now one man could launch a biological or nuclear weapon to wipe out a billion people with his/her Blackberry while enjoying a coffee at Starbucks...so rhetoric aside, the art and theory of ancient warfare and philosophy counts for squat.Sun Tzu didn't have access to the technology and weapons to literally destroy an entire planet if he got POed. Don't misconstrue my attitude...Eastern philosophy is much more subtle and practical than Western ideology which is quite young by comparison. Sun Tzu will always be one of my favorites...quite a deep thinker to be admired. The Greek classics are more tongue in cheek...aimed at the intellectual crowd. Not a lot of practical warfare theory there....but still interesting. :rolleyes_m::rolleyes_m::rolleyes_m: |
